Welcome to The Big Pitch Guide
The Big Pitch Guide, (one version covers the UK and Ireland, another separate version covers quite a lot of Europe) records the name and location of caravan sites and stopovers with at least one pitch large enough
to accommodate very large camping vehicles. Remember you MUST phone ahead to check pitch availability on the site concerned.
Although aimed specifically at the larger American Recreational Vehicles, the guide can also be used to find pitches for normal car/caravan outfits and is available Worldwide. We have members from -

A Little Background Info
Mo and Dick Kingswell bought their first 36 foot long American Recreational Vehicle in October 2003 with the intention of travelling around the country wherever and whenever the desire took them. For their own benefit they decided to make a photographic record of the sites that they had visited -especially the entrance routes into those particular sites - with a view to making life easier if they returned to those sites.
At first Mo and Dick sent copies of their Guide to the ARV Magazine so that other people could make use of them. Soon the demand for copies of the guide, both from RV'ers and RV Dealers pointed to the fact that a proper printed compilation was required - thus was born Mo and Dick's Big Pitch Guide
