- American RV Magazine
The British magazine for American RV owners and enthusiasts. - Motorhome Fun
This is now a major site where experienced or non-experienced motorhome'rs can discuss anything and everything about motorhomes (and just about anything else, as well). The membership consists of all forms of motorhome owners/drivers and contains an RV section. Membership is free for the time being - so sign in for some FUN! Still in it's infancy but this site is fast growing into the prime source of knowledge and is definitely the place to be seen in! If you have any kind of problem whatsoever, or any kind of question whatsoever, then join this forum and you will get an answer within days - if not hours! The biggest problem with this site is that it is addictive - once you start browsing you will find it difficult to come away - so if you have half-an-hour spare have a five-minute browse on here!!! - American RV Club
The original RV Club - the Friendly Club - which has been in existence since 1993, currently has in excess of 200 subscribed members, all of which are RV owners (as this is a requirement of club membership). The website, which was first put on line as late as December 2008, is free to join and is growing with a constant stream of new people, many taking advantage of joining our club so that they receive the benefits of club membership, which include, discounts on services and accessories from our advertisers and suppliers as well as attendance to Club Rallies and Club Area Parking for shows etc. We have a full calendar of rallies, shows and meets throughout the year, the rallies and show parking are open to club members and the meets can be attended by website forum members too. We try to arrange visits to many varied destinations including stately homes, theme parks and other attractions that are not usually open to the general public for camping, and this has proved very popular with our members. The club has an annual AGM which for the past several years has been held at Stratford Racecourse and the Club provides free camping on the site for the duration of the AGM. We are also treated to an evening meal, following the AGM, with entertainment. All the above is funded for from a portion of the members subscriptions and is free to attendees.
The Club has been known for many years as the "friendly club" and we like to think that it is precisely that, providing friendship to all the members, and the committee work hard to maintain that reputation.
The ARV Club welcomes anyone that owns an American Recreational Vehicle (whatever it may be) or is seriously considering purchasing one in the near future, so please feel free to join the website at http://arvclub.co.uk/portal.php and see if we can offer you what you are looking for. You can join the ARV Club through the website, and we look forward to having the opportunity of welcoming new members. - UK Motorhome News
